The benefit of Reiki can help our young children, teenagers, and young adults cope with everyday situations.

As with Adults Reiki clears the Chakras of the body thus allowing balance & Clarity.

This Gentle Healing Relaxation will Help Aid  A  Childs Necessities of Life.

Reiki Kidzz Class

Reiki can be taught at a young age.

Children are natural  born healers.

 Many of whom share their healing abilities.

The  Reiki  Kidzz class  provides  a way to teach children of their  abilities to heal themselves and others.

They will given a fun energy exercise to help teach them  how it works.

Reiki Kidzz will learn the chakra centres of their bodies, and how to use the Reiki tools.

Learning the colours of our chakras, how they make us feel, and how food and their colours play a role in our lives.

In this class children will experience a short  form of meditation, relaxation, and proper breathing technique.

They will also learn the Reiki Prayer and protection technique.

Simple scanning of the body and self tuning in will help children identify areas of  themselves that may at times need healing.

Learning 5 minutes body breaks will help destress when needed.

The Reiki Kidzz will receive a simple attunement to help bring forth the vibrational  love force energy.(Ki)

During the Reiki Kidzz class students will also be introduced to the healing power of crystals, and how they can be used .

Practise time will be made available for students to break out into groups and experience Reiki.

 Once completed students  will  receive a certified certificate of completion, and be given a crystal to take home infused with Reiki Healing Energy.

Is a time when kids can come together once a month to practise and enjoy giving and receiving Reiki Healing.

It is a time for kids to talk about their experiences and ask any questions they may have.

 A time for open discussion and learning more.

During the Reiki Share children will  be provided with water to drink and soothing Reiki  background music.

Students can bring any crystals they wish to use for treatments.

Chakra Aura Dance

Kidzz

The Chakra Aura Dance is a fun way for kids to learn everything about their bodies through dance.

Kids will have fun relating to each other and discovering  their energy centres.

Students will  be able to  observe and  perceive the Auras of others and understand their meanings.

The Chakra Dance is an inner personal dance where one acknowledges and appreciates every part of their body.

The dance can be with eyes open or closed.

Many choose to participate with eyes closed as a way of inner connecting.

The Chakra Aura Dance can be completed with a partner, a group, or  individually.

 The Practitioner will guide the dance  softly  while music fills the air.

This is a fun way for kids to gain self esteem, and confidence.
